Welcome to Nightly: Bible & Prayer. These Terms of Use ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Nightly: Bible & Prayer mobile application (Apple App ID: 6815651512) provided by our team ("we", "our", or "us").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Nightly, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
1. Permitted Use & Spiritual Reflection
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Nightly on Apple-branded iOS and iPadOS devices that you own or control, solely for personal devotional reflection and non-commercial prayer purposes.
2. Subscription Billing & Auto-Renewal (Apple Guideline 3.1.2)
Nightly provides core scripture text 100% free of charge. Premium spiritual companion features—including all sacred narrator voices, complete Peace Mode sanctuary meditations, and peaceful sleep soundscapes—are offered via Nightly Plus subscription plans and lifetime purchases:
- Weekly Subscription: $4.99 per week (includes an optional 3-day free trial where applicable).
- Annual Subscription: $29.99 per year ($2.50/month billed annually).
- Lifetime Access: $49.99 one-time purchase.
Billing, Renewal & Cancellation Terms
- Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current cycle at the standard tier rate.
- Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time directly through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
- Free Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Refunds: All purchases and refunds are processed exclusively by Apple Media Services under Apple's policies via reportaproblem.apple.com.
3. Spiritual Guidance & Health Disclaimer
Nightly is designed as a peaceful devotional tool to encourage restful prayer and meditation before sleep. It is not intended to provide professional medical advice, mental health diagnosis, clinical psychotherapy, or treatment for sleep disorders. If you are experiencing chronic insomnia, anxiety, or depression, please consult a qualified healthcare provider.
4. Intellectual Property & Scripture Trademarks
The World English Bible (WEB) text used within Nightly is in the public domain. All application design elements, custom soundscapes, sacred prayers, animations, trademarks, and audio recordings are the exclusive intellectual property of the Nightly development team and protected by applicable copyright laws.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Nightly for anyone who violates these Terms or uses the app in an unlawful manner.
